All subscription purchases are final, and seapet does not offer any money back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.  You are responsible to cancel your subscription prior to the next scheduled auto-processed purchase.

Returns

If your item was purchased at full price and is unused/unopened you may returned it within 15 days of purchase. 

All wholesale customers and customers who used coupons or received discounts are excluded from any returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved we initiate a refund to your Original Method of Payment. Credit Card fees for processing and refunding will be subtracted from your refund. Any shipping fees will also be subtracted and a restocking fee of 20 % will be assessed.  Once your return is  approved You will  see a refund within a couple days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
