Shipment processing time

All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Weekends or Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We use UPS Ground for most of our shipping needs. If you need us to use another service please call us directly at 800-434-8152.

Shipment to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

If requested we will ship to these addresses via USPS. Please contact us at 800-434-8152 to setup shipping.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking numbers.

Damages

Packages are insured through all carriers. If you receive a damaged product please contact us at 800-434-8152 so we can start the claim process.

International Shipping

Our website does not collect for International Shipping. To ship internationally, you will have to call us at 800-43-8152 to place your order.

Most international shipping is done by USPS International.
